How to cook "Sweet pancakes with milk"

1. Prepare food for pancakes. Use the same glasses for milk and flour, no matter what their volume is, the main thing is to pour 3-3.5 glasses of milk into 2 glasses of flour. 2. Take a deep bowl and a whisk or mixer. Combine one glass of milk with sugar, eggs and vegetable oil. Use a whisk to blend until smooth. 3. Stir in the sifted flour, add vanillin, ginger, cinnamon. Beat the dough thoroughly with a whisk so that not a single lump remains. You can use a mixer. 4. The finished dough should not be too thick, but it is also not necessary to be very liquid, otherwise it will be difficult to turn the pancakes. Thin dough breaks easily. If the desired consistency cannot be determined by eye, bake one pancake. It will immediately become clear what needs to be added: flour or liquid. If the dough is thin and torn - flour,if the pancakes are too thick and the dough does not flow well - milk. 5. Fry the pancakes in a dry nonstick skillet. 6.
