How to make American Pancakes
1. Prepare foods for pancakes. I use 200 ml glasses. 2. Take a deep, convenient container for mixing products with a mixer. Pour milk there, add vegetable oil, a pinch of salt, sugar and an egg. Beat the mixture with a mixer at maximum speed until foam forms, for 5-7 minutes. 3. Add the sifted flour and baking powder. Mix all the ingredients with a mixer until smooth, there should be no lumps. 4. The dough is ready, in consistency it should not be as thick as for ordinary pancakes. Let's move on to frying. 5. Take a nonstick skillet, heat it well and reduce heat to low. Spoon the dough into a dry skillet with a tablespoon, forming circles. If you are confident in your pan, then brush it with a cotton swab dipped in oil or a piece of bacon.This procedure needs to be done only before the first batch. As soon as large bubbles form on the surface, turn over and fry on the other side. Pancakes are ready! Enjoy!
