How to make Vegetable Balls in Gravy
1. Boil potatoes until tender, peel and grate them. Grate the carrots and cabbage there. 2. Add herbs, salt and spices to vegetables. Mix everything thoroughly. 3. From the resulting mass, form small balls, roll them in flour. 4. Fry the balls over high heat until they form a crust, carefully remove from the pan. Add onion, garlic and chopped ginger there.
