How to cook "Chicken Legs in Beer Brine"
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Rinse chicken legs, remove any feathers. Dry your shins with paper towels. Combine sugar, half salt, black pepper. Add 1 cup hot water and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then add ice cubes to cool the brine faster. Also put bay leaves in the brine. When the brine has cooled, add the beer and lay out the chicken drumsticks. Tighten the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Remove the legs from the brine, pat dry with paper towels. Lubricate the shins with vegetable oil. Rub the drumsticks with a mixture of salt and spices (paprika, chili, oregano, and cayenne pepper). Place the drumsticks on a baking sheet and place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 40-60 minutes (depending on the oven). The shins should be covered with gold on top, and the inside should be completely ready.
