I bake a quick apple roll quite often, and once I wanted to try to make a cake from such a roll. And you know - the result turned out to be so delicious that now all my friends make such a cake. I am sharing this amazingly simple recipe with you. The base is an apple roll, it always turns out, so do not be afraid to spoil the food, feel free to get down to business:)

Ingredients:
- Apple - 5-6 Pieces (medium size)
- Eggs - 4 Pieces
- Sugar - 7 Art. spoons (4 - in the dough, 3 - for the apple layer)
- Wheat flour - 120 grams
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon (no slide)
- Lemon zest - 1 Teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 2 Tbsp. spoons (1 - for apples, 1 - for cream)
- Cream - 200-250 Milliliters (not less than 30%)
- Curd - 150 Grams
- Powdered sugar - 3-4 Art. spoons
- Vanilla sugar - 2 Teaspoons (1 - in the dough, 1 - in the cream)

How to make an "Apple Roll Cake"
1. Peel the apples and rub on a coarse grater. If the apples are very juicy, squeeze out a little juice. And add sugar, lemon zest and juice to the apple pulp. We mix. 2. Beat eggs with regular sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar into a thick light mass. This will take about 4-5 minutes. Add flour, mixed with baking powder and mixer at low speed and mix. 3. Cover the baking sheet with parchment and spread the apple mixture in an even layer. And pour the dough on top. 4. We level the dough. 5. And bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes until the biscuit is lightly browned. 6. Turn the finished base of the future cake with the apple filling up and remove the parchment. It separates well.
