How to make Chocolate Roll with Whipped Cream
1. Grease the parchment with vegetable oil and sprinkle with a tablespoon of cocoa, place on a baking sheet. 2. Mix flour, cocoa, salt. Combine eggs, sugar (2/3 cup), vanilla extract in a water bath, whisk everything, then remove from heat. 3. Pour the mixture into a mixer bowl and beat on high speed until fluffy and light (5-10 minutes). 4. Add half of the cocoa and flour mixture to the mixer bowl and mix gently with a spatula. 5. Add the second portion of the flour mixture and stir again by hand. Melt and cool the butter, add it to the dough. 6. Pour the dough into a prepared mold and flatten into one layer.
