How to cook Chicken on a Green Pillow

Cut the chicken into medium pieces, add wine, leave for 30 minutes. Mix soy sauce with broth, salt and sugar. When the breast is marinated, roll it in the starch. Then fry in a skillet in vegetable oil. Remove the chicken in a separate bowl. Wash garlic, green onions, peel and chop finely. Fry in vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes. Add spinach to the garlic and onion, simmer for two minutes over high heat. When everything is browned, place the spinach on a plate. This will be our "green pillow".
