Ingredients:
- Milk - 375 Grams
- Dry yeast - 25 Grams
- Granulated Sugar - 1.5 Cups
- Flour - 1 Kilogram
- Eggs - 6 Pieces
- Vanilla Extract - 4 Teaspoons
- Salt - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Butter - 250 Grams
- Raisins - 150 Grams
- Sugar powder - 400 Grams
- Orange Juice - To taste (juice of two oranges)
- Hot water - 100 Milliliters

How to cook Pasca
1 Heat some milk and pour it into a bowl, add a tablespoon of granulated sugar and yeast, cover the bowl with cling film and set aside for ten minutes. Add 100 grams of flour and stir, cover with a towel and leave for 40-60 minutes. 2 Soak the raisins in water for 15 minutes, then place on paper napkins. Separate the whites from the yolks, then beat the chicken whites until firm tops are formed. 3 Melt the butter and cool. In a bowl, add the remaining flour, chilled butter, chicken yolks, beaten egg whites and dough. 4 Knead the dough and cover, leave at room temperature for 90 minutes, then add the dried raisins. 5 Fill the baking dish 1/3 full with dough, cover them with a towel or cling film, leave for 90 minutes. 6 Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.Remove the prepared pascs from the oven and place to cool.
