How to cook "Pancakes with kefir 2.5%"
1. A very simple recipe (I have already suggested similar ones). Pancakes are most delicious on fatty kefir. Pancakes are also delicious with milk and yeast (we have already prepared these, the recipe can be found on the website). So, we mix kefir with soda, sugar, egg and melted butter. Mix with a regular whisk. Add flour until you get a thick sour cream consistency. 2. It is better to fry them in a frying pan without oil (we add oil to the dough). I really love my pancake pan, it doesn't only make pancakes amazing. 3. Fry on both sides until golden brown. In such a pan, they are fried quickly and (most importantly) without the addition of oil. 4. Pancakes rise slightly during frying. The thicker you make the dough, the fuller the finished pancakes will be. 5. Serve them with sour cream, condensed milk, jam,topping or any additives of your choice.
