Ingredients:
- Wheat tortilla - 4 Pieces (flatbread)
- Feta - 3 Art. spoons
- Spinach - 30 Grams
- Sun-dried tomatoes - 50 Grams
- Red onion - 1 Piece
- Cheese - 50 grams (hard)
- Oregano - 1 Pinch
- Red Pepper - 1 Pinch

How to cook Greek Quesadilla
1. Thoroughly wash and dry the spinach. Cut the red onion into half rings. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes in half or into quarters. 2. Take two tortillas, place spinach leaves on top of them, then tomatoes and onions. Sprinkle with a pinch of oregano and red pepper on top. 3. Next, spread the feta and grated hard cheese. 4. Put the stuffed flatbread on a preheated dry frying pan and cover with the remaining empty flatbread on top. 5. Fry on both sides for a few minutes (until crisp). 6. Place the flatbread on a plate and cut into 4 pieces. You can serve! Enjoy your meal!
