  • Carrots - 2 Pieces
  • Apple - 1 Piece
  • Raisins - 0.5 cups
  • Walnuts - 0.5 Cups
  • Allspice - 1 Pinch

How to make Delicious Carrot Muffins

1. Combine both flours, a pinch of allspice, sugar, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl. 2. Wash, peel, and then grate the apple. Rinse the carrots, grate them on a coarse grater. Chop the walnuts. Whisk eggs in a large bowl, top with apples, carrots, walnuts, raisins, orange zest (2 tablespoons), honey, vanilla extract and canola oil. 3. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients until smooth. 4. Prepare the muffin tins by inserting paper cups into the tins. Pour the dough into molds, it should be almost to the top in each mold. Place the muffins in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick. 5. Serve the muffins slightly chilled.
