1. Put apples, cut into wedges, into a saucepan. There are also slices of orange and lemon with zest, cloves and cinnamon.
2. We put it on the stove, and when the aroma floats through the kitchen, fill it all with water and bring it to a boil.
3. As soon as it starts to boil - add herbs, reduce heat and bring to a boil under the lid again.
4. Remove from heat, insist under the lid for another 10 minutes, then add honey, and remove the herbs.
5. Mix, pour into cups and drink!
