- Large shrimps - 10 Pieces
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Basil Leaves - 60 Grams
- Mint Leaves - 50 Grams
- Chili pepper - 1 Piece
- Fish sauce - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Sugar - 1.5 Teaspoons

How to make "Mango and Shrimp Salad"
1. In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Place the shrimp in it. When they turn pink, take them out and cool. Then clean it. 2. Meanwhile, peel the mango, and then grate it on a coarse grater. Do the same with carrots. 3. Rinse, dry and pick all the leaves. Finely chop the pepper. 4. Mix all ingredients. Add sauce and sugar. Salad ready! Enjoy!
