- semolina - 2/3 Cup
- wheat flour - 3/4 Cup
- milk - 3 glasses
- water - 1/2 Glass
- egg yolk - 2 Pieces
- ghee - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- butter - 1/2 Cup
- sugar - 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
- sour cream - 1/2 Cup

How to cook semolina pancakes
1. Add butter, sugar, semolina to boiling milk and cook semolina for about 5 minutes. Cool it down. 2. Add the yolk. Stir. 3. Add the remaining ingredients. 4. Stir so that there are no lumps. 5. Bake the pancakes by greasing the pan and pancakes themselves with butter. 6. Bon appetit!
