Instead of deep-frying everything, you can bake potatoes and fish in the oven. Spread the potatoes with vegetable oil and salt, and roll the fish in breadcrumbs and bake. Serve fish and potatoes on the same plate, garnish with fresh herbs.

Ingredients:
- Vegetable oil - 6 Art. spoons
- Potatoes - 6 Pieces
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Breadcrumbs - 1 Glass
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Fish fillet - 950 Gram (halibut, pollock, flounder, haddock)
- Parsley - 2-3 Pieces

How to cook "Potatoes with fish in the oven"
1. Wash the potatoes well, cut each into 6-8 pieces. Put the wedges in a bowl, pour 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, salt. Line a baking sheet with foil and brush with a tablespoon of vegetable oil, lay out the potatoes. 2. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 230 degrees for 40 minutes. 3. As soon as you put the potatoes in the oven, proceed to the fish. Send a dry frying pan to the fire, add breadcrumbs to it. 4. Fry them over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, then remove the pan from heat. 5. Mix crackers with salt, ground pepper, a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Cut the fish into small pieces and brush with the remaining vegetable oil. Roll each piece in breadcrumbs. 6. Place the fish on a baking sheet with foil and place in the oven 15-20 minutes before the fish is ready. Transfer fish and potatoes to one plate and serve immediately, garnish with herbs.
