Make a mixture of chopped basil, ricotta, salt, grated mozzarella (2/3 parts) and pepper. 2. Then heat the oil in a skillet. Put mushrooms, peppers, onions and broccoli in it. Cook the ingredients for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt and pepper at the end. Then mix the mixture from the pan with the cheese mass. 3. Now do the test. Set aside 60 g flour and 30 g yogurt. Combine the rest of the parts in a deep bowl, adding oil and 0.5 teaspoon of salt. 4. Knead the dough by adding the remaining flour and brushing with yogurt. Then make two medium round tortillas. 5. Spread the filling on one part of the cakes. Form the dough into a crescent shape. Lubricate the products with oil on top. Send the pizza to bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees. 6. Then sprinkle the remaining cheese on the calzone and re-place them in the oven for another 7 minutes.
