- Mushrooms - 200 Grams
- Onion - 1 Piece

- Mayonnaise - 200 Grams
- Greens - 1 Bunch

How to cook "Firebird Salad"
1. Wash the mushrooms and peel the onions. Preheat a skillet with vegetable oil. Place the mushrooms first, then the onions. Fry them until tender. 2. Chop the boiled chicken meat with a knife, put on a poultry-shaped plate, pour with a thin layer of mayonnaise. 3. On top of the mayonnaise, place the contents of the pan (mushrooms + onions), again coat with mayonnaise. 4. Grate one boiled carrot on a coarse grater and distribute over the entire form. 5. Smear the carrots with mayonnaise, then peel the apples and grate them on a coarse grater, put in the next layer. 6. Chop walnuts or any other nuts, place on top of the apple layer.
