Soft but crumbly shortbread biscuits that I make with onions and cheese. You can give it any shape. Try this recipe like goat cheese cookies.
For cooking, you can use special molds or do everything by hand. The dough can be kneaded by hand or using a mixer. You can serve it after cooling, or even slightly warm. Cookies increase in size when baked, so place them close to each other.

- Flour - 2 Glasses
- Baking powder - 2 Teaspoons
- Sugar - 1 Teaspoon
- Soda - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Salt - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
- Butter - 60 Grams
- Green Onions - 0.5 Bunch
- Goat cheese - 145 Grams
- Buttermilk - 1 Glass (or kefir)
How to Make Goat Cheese Cookies
1. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, salt, ground black pepper. Rub the flour mixture with butter. 2. Finely chop the onion, add it to the flour mixture, make a depression in the center and pour in the buttermilk (kefir), add the goat cheese. Stir until a sticky dough forms, then place on a floured table and knead several times. 3. Form a round cake by hand, flatten it lightly. 4. Cut the cake into 8 wedges, brush off the flour from the cake. 5. Transfer the wedges to a baking sheet at a small distance from each other, brush with the remaining buttermilk (kefir). 6. Bake cookies in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
