How to cook "Mexican pilaf"
1. Cut the pepper, remove the seeds from it. 2. Then chop it finely, do the same with the onion. 3. Then heat the oil in a saucepan. Fry the onion and pepper in it for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Next, add the washed and dried rice, chopped garlic, and tomato paste.
