How to make "Carrot Apple Cupcakes"

1. In a large bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, baking soda, baking powder, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Wash, peel and coarsely grate the carrots and apples. Chop the walnuts a little. 2. Add vegetable oil, eggs, grated carrots and apples, coconut, walnuts to a bowl. Mix everything thoroughly. 3.
