1. First, heat the milk and add the zest of half a lemon. 2. Then add cinnamon and boil over low heat for 5 minutes. Don't let the milk boil. 3. Beat eggs lightly in a separate bowl. 4. Dip the halved slices of toast bread first in the milk mixture and then in the egg. (you can mix the egg and milk together) 5. Heat the frying pan with 1 teaspoon of butter and fry the toast. 6. Put the finished toasts on a napkin and let them cool down a little.
