How to make "Carrot Miracle Cake"
1. Sort the walnuts, remove debris and husks. And fry in a dry frying pan for 5-7 minutes. Grind with a rolling pin. 2. Peel and finely grate the carrots. 3. Mix brown sugar with three yolks. 4. Add vegetable oil and beat. Don't be alarmed if the sugar doesn't dissolve. 5. Add flour mixed with cinnamon, 1 pinch of salt, baking powder and baking soda to this mixture. Stir. 6.
