• Onion - 2 Pieces
• Garlic - 2 Cloves
• Red salad pepper - 1 Piece
• Celery stalk - 0.5 pieces
• Tomatoes - 2-3 Pieces
• Butter - 5 Tbsp. spoons
• Beef Broth - 3 Glasses
• Red Wine Vinegar - 1 Tbsp the spoon
• Bay leaf - 2 pieces
• Parsley - 4 Pieces

How to make "Delicious Beef Gravy"

1. Pour half a glass of flour into a bowl, add salt and spices to taste. 2. Wash the meat, cut into medium sized pieces. Roll each piece in flour on both sides. 3. Place all pieces of meat on a plate. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, place the meat and fry it on both sides until golden brown. Place the meat from the skillet on a plate. 5. Dice the onion and chop the garlic. After frying the meat, return the frying pan to the fire, put the onions in it, fry it for several minutes, then add the garlic. 6. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and the celery into small pieces. Place vegetables in a skillet with onions and garlic.
