How to make Sweet Curd Conciglioni
1. First of all, we will boil the pasta-shells until cooked (do not cook for about a minute until the time indicated on the package with pasta) in salted water. You can do this in the evening so that you can spend less time preparing breakfast in the morning. 2. Pour the raisins with boiling water for 5 minutes. Then drain the water, and slightly squeeze the raisins. 3. Mix the cottage cheese, grated through a sieve, with raisins, plain and vanilla sugar and a spoonful of sour cream. But the filling should not be liquid! 4. Turn on the oven, let it heat up to 200 degrees. And now we need to fill the shells with curd filling. 5. Place the filled shells in a baking dish. 6. Dilute a tablespoon of sour cream in half a glass of water and pour into a mold. Grease the conciglioni with the remaining sour cream.
