Preparing this tasty and healthy dish for lunch or dinner will not be difficult. We will not fry the cutlets and the filling for them for long, so the cutlets will not absorb a lot of fat. It is better to serve carrot cutlets with sour or spicy sauce. If someone from your family refuses carrots, such cutlets are always eaten with pleasure:)

Ingredients:

  • Carrots - 400 Grams
  • Chicken Liver - 300 Grams
  • Milk - 250 Milliliters
  • Vegetable oil - 100 Milliliters
  • Egg - 2 Pieces
  • Onions - 1-2 Pieces
  • Salt - 1 Teaspoon
  • Garlic - 5 Cloves
  • Cumin - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Wheat flour - 5 tbsp. spoons (2 tbsp. l - for breading the liver, 3 tbsp. l - for the dough)
  • Ground black - 1 Teaspoon

How to cook "Carrot Cutlets with Chicken Liver"

Peel the carrots, grate on a fine grater (or use the cake after receiving the juice) and pour milk for 20 minutes. Add flour, 1/4 tsp of pepper and 1/2 tsp of salt to the chicken liver. Then we mix everything well and gently - breading the liver. Then put the liver in a preheated pan with vegetable oil and fry on both sides for 3 minutes. Put the fried liver on parchment or kitchen napkins to cool. The cooled liver can then be cut into smaller pieces, but not required. While the liver is cooling down, finely chop the onion and finely grate the garlic.
