How to cook "Potato Casserole with Minced Meat and Cheese"
1. Peel the potatoes. Cut each into 4 pieces. Pour boiling water over and cook without salt. At the end of cooking, season with salt to taste. Drain the water. Cool slightly. 2. Cut the onions into small cubes. 3. Fry the onion in vegetable oil. When the onion is lightly browned, add the minced meat. Stir to fry the minced meat with onions. I recommend adding a little water (3-4 tablespoons). 4. Place the potatoes in a greased dish. Distribute evenly. 5. Add salt, spices, tomato juice to the minced meat. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
