How to make Red Cabbage Saute
As you can see, the set of ingredients is minimalistic - nothing more. First, cut the onion into thin half rings. Then thinly chop the red cabbage. Rub the cabbage a little with your hands. Heat the oil in a saucepan, throw the onion into it. Fry for 2-3 minutes over medium heat. Add cabbage to the onion, mix and cook for another 4 minutes over the same heat.
