Filipino spaghetti is a kind of version of Italian pasta, which has its own subtleties of preparation. Today I want to share with you a recipe for how to cook Filipino spaghetti deliciously and quickly.

Cooking description:

A feature of Filipino spaghetti is the sauce, which necessarily includes minced meat (pork or beef), sausages, tomato sauce and sugar. At first glance, minced meat and sausages are not a very successful combination, and even sugar, but in reality it turns out to be an incredibly tasty and satisfying dish with a bright aroma and pleasant sweetness. Making Filipino spaghetti with sauce is no more difficult than any other spaghetti. It takes very little time, and as a result, you get a complete meal for lunch or dinner for the whole family.

Purpose: For lunch

Dish: Hot dishes

Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti - 150 Grams
  • Minced pork - 300 Grams
  • Sausages - 3-4 Pieces
  • Tomato sauce - 200 Grams
  • Onion - 1 Piece
  • Garlic - 2-3 Cloves
  • Salt, pepper - To taste
  • Sugar - 2-3 tbsp. spoons
  • Hard cheese - 50 grams

Servings: 10

How to make Filipino Spaghetti

Prepare all the ingredients you need. I use homemade tomato sauce, prepared according to this recipe https://povar.ru/recipes/tomatnyi_sous_v_multivarke-51410.html. Finely chop the onion and garlic, send to the pan with heated vegetable oil and cook until the onion becomes transparent and the garlic releases a magical aroma. Then add the minced meat and fry, stirring often, until lightly browned. Pour in the tomato sauce, add salt and pepper to taste. Note that the tomato sauce is already slightly salty, so don't overdo it with salt. At this point, add sugar to the pan as well. If you have a sour sauce, then add more sugar - 3-4 tbsp. spoons. A slight sweetness should be felt. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Cut the sausages into slices and send to the pan. Cook for 3 more minutes and remove sauce from heat. Boil spaghetti soas indicated on the package. Put the finished spaghetti on a large flat plate, top with a delicious sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese on a fine grater. The dish is ready! Serve hot and enjoy!
