- Pork Chops - 500 Grams
- Liver - 250 Grams
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Kefir 1% - 1 Glass
- Garlic - 1 Clove
- Egg - 2 Pieces
- Wheat flour - 100 grams
- Breadcrumbs - 100 Grams
- Black pepper - To taste
- Salt - To taste
- Vegetable oil - 150 Milliliters
How to make Meat Rolls with Liver
Prepare all the ingredients you need. I cut the meat in advance into plates about 1 cm thick and beat off on both sides. Any liver can be used: beef, pork or chicken. This time I took chicken, it is more tender. Fold the chicken liver into a small bowl, fill with kefir, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Then cut the liver into small pieces and fry in a little vegetable oil. When the liver grabs on all sides, add the onion, chopped in half rings and chopped garlic. Cook until both the onion and liver are tender. Salt and pepper each slice of meat (I remind you that they must be beaten off on both sides) on both sides. Put a little filling on each slice, wrap in a roll. In general, the rolls should not disintegrate if the meat slices were large enough.
