- Milk - 4 Art. spoons
- Cocoa - 3 Art. spoons
- Sugar - 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Butter - 60 grams
How to make Cake Frosting
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Remove the butter from the refrigerator beforehand so that it has time to soften. This is exactly how we need it. Mix sugar with cocoa, mix well. Pour in milk and stir until smooth. Add softened butter last. It’s okay if you don’t manage to stir it completely, it will melt when heated. Put the mixture on fire and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. You will see that the glaze will gradually become smooth and beautiful. Remove frosting from heat and refrigerate. Now it can be used to decorate cakes and pastries, cupcakes and other desserts. Cover the surface of desserts with glaze with a thin layer, it dries quickly enough and the dessert can be served.
