  • Orange - 1 Piece (200 grams)
  • Cottage cheese - 200 Grams
  • Wheat flour - 280-300 grams
  • Dry yeast - 1 teaspoon (no slide!)
  • Sugar - 3-4 Art. spoons
  • Milk - 50 Milliliters
  • Vanilla Sugar - 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/3 Teaspoon
  • Eggs - 1 Piece
  • Vegetable oil - 400-500 Milliliters
  • Powdered sugar - 2-3 tbsp. spoons

How to make Orange Donuts

1. In warm milk we dilute dry yeast with a teaspoon of sugar and leave for 10 minutes, let them begin to "work" and rise with a foamy cap. 2. For donuts, it is better to choose thin-crust oranges.
