How to cook "Pancakes with sour milk with yeast"
Sift 1/2 cup flour into a container, add yeast, salt and sugar, mix the dry mixture well. Pour in warm sour milk and whisk the dough. Leave the dough for 30 minutes, cover it with a towel. Whisk the eggs until fluffy. Scoop the egg mixture into the dough and add the remaining flour, then pour in hot water. The dough should be left under a towel for another 20 minutes.
