  • Chicken - 1.8 Kilograms
  • Salt, ground pepper - To taste
  • Fresh herbs - 1 Bunch (basil, parsley, thyme, marjoram, oregano)

  • Lemon - 1 Piece
  • Bay leaf - 4 pieces

How to cook "Home-style chicken (with herbs)"

1. Wash the chicken inside and out, then wipe it with napkins. Rub the inside of the carcass with salt. Finely chop the mixture of different herbs.
