How to make "Warm salad with pasta and baked vegetables"
Wash the courgette, carrots and tomatoes. Peel the zucchini and carrots, cut into thin circles. Place the vegetables on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and place in a preheated oven for 15 minutes. For the dressing we need: grain mustard, soy sauce, olive oil and lemon juice. Place the baked vegetables in a bowl and cover with a lid or cling film. Combine all the dressing ingredients in a bowl. Cut the shallots into thin rings and dip in the dressing. Boil the pasta in boiling salted water until cooked according to the instructions on the package. Throw in a colander. Combine pasta with baked vegetables, top with dressing and stir. Enjoy your meal!
