- Pumpkin puree - 500 Grams
- Gelatin - 15 Grams
- Milk - 1 Glass
- Sugar - 1 Glass
- Sour cream - 500 grams
- Ice cream sundae - 500 Gram
- Fat cream - 500 grams
- Powdered sugar - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Vanillin - 1 Pinch

How to make Pumpkin Mousse
1. In one bowl, combine gelatin and milk. Dissolve the gelatin over the fire, stirring continuously, do not bring the milk to a boil. 2. In a separate bowl, whisk a glass of sugar, sour cream, pumpkin puree and ice cream sundae. 3. Whisk the mixture, gently pour in the cooled gelatin and pour into the molds. Put the mousse to cool in the refrigerator for 4 hours. 4. For garnish, use whipped cream: use heavy cream, 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and vanilla. Whisk everything together at high speed. Using a pastry syringe, spread the cream over the hardened mousse and serve the dessert to the table.
