How to cook Baked Chicken with Carrots

Take a natural rope and thread it under the bottom of the chicken legs. 3. Tie the legs together, then pull the threads all the way to the top. 4. Tie the carcass around to secure the legs. 5. Place the chicken on a platter, peel the carrots and cut them into thin slices, then arrange around the chicken. Pour the chicken broth around and brush the chicken with vegetable oil. 6. Bake the chicken in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 190 degrees and cook for about 1 hour, pouring broth on the chicken every 15-20 minutes. Remove the cooked chicken from the oven and pour over the wine vinegar, serve after 10 minutes.
