Cookies "Shells" With Meringue - A Step By Step Recipe With A Photo
Table of contents:

Very tender, crumbly shortbread with meringue and walnut flavor. Making cookies is quite simple and interesting, and the result is quite unusual and very tasty.
Cooking description:
My husband even called these cookies little cakes. The plate with them empties very quickly and sometimes you have to stop yourself so as not to eat everything without a trace. Personally, only the thought of not so far off summer and the beach season could stop me from eating them without limits:)

How to cook "Shells" meringue cookies
1. In a bowl, whisk three egg yolks, butter and sour cream. Then add 2 cups of flour and mix thoroughly, add the last half of a glass of flour so that the dough does not stick for sure. 2. In a dry, clean bowl, make a meringue: at high speed, using a mixer, beat three whites and 3/4 cup sugar. Whisk egg whites until firm peaks. 3. Divide the dough into 4 parts. Each part is another 15 equal parts. Shape into cookies, fill with meringue. Fold the cookies in half and garnish with a nut. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
