- Bacon - 6 Slices

How to make Egg and Bacon Sandwiches
1. Cut the potatoes into slices. Then bake them in the oven at 230 degrees for 20 minutes, adding oil, salt and pepper. 2. While the potatoes are cooking, chop the green and white parts of the onion separately. Pick up the spinach. Stir the sauce with mayonnaise. 3. 10 minutes before the potatoes are cooked, add bacon to it. 4. Meanwhile in a skillet, heat the olive oil. Place onion and spinach in it. Cook for 2 minutes. Then add the butter and beaten eggs. The eggs will be ready in 3 minutes. 5. Cook the bread in a toaster or skillet until crisp. Then spread the sauce into two pieces, then an egg, a slice of cheese and bacon. 6. Cover the toast with a second slice of bread. Serve the potato sandwiches. Delicious breakfast!
