How to make a French Cheese Sandwich
1. Put soft butter in a bowl, add chopped garlic, parsley, a pinch of salt. 2. Stir the oil mixture well. 3. Wash the cucumbers, peel the garlic, cut the vegetables into thin rings. 4. Cut the cheese into slices about 2 mm thick or more. 5. Cut the loaf into 2 parts, brush one with garlic oil and herbs, put the cucumber rings, then the onion, place the cheese slices. Grease the second part of the roll with mayonnaise and cover the sandwich, cut it into 2 parts. Do all the steps with the second loaf. 6. Serve the sandwich right away, for breakfast or for a snack.
