- Thin lavash - 1 Piece
- Sour apples - 7-8 Pieces
- Lemon - 1/2 Piece
- Yolk - 1-2 Pieces
- Butter - 100 grams (50 gr - in the filling, 50 gr - for lavash)
- Bread crumbs - 50-80 grams
- Nuts - 100 grams (walnuts, almonds)
- Raisins - 50-100 Grams
- Sugar - 3.5 Art. spoons (3 tbsp. l - for caramel, 0.5 tbsp - for sprinkling)
- Vanilla Sugar - 1 Teaspoon
- Ground cinnamon - 2 Teaspoons (1 tsp - for the filling, 1 tsp - for sprinkling)
- Water - 1 Art. the spoon

How to make "Rich" pita strudel "
Pour sugar into a preheated pan and add water. After a few minutes, add the butter. After another couple of minutes add the apples, peeled and cut into small pieces, and mix gently. Then add cinnamon (we will leave 1 teaspoon for sprinkling) and raisins. Pour lemon juice and simmer for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, fry the nuts. Toasted nuts must be chopped with a knife or rolling pin and added to the pan to the apples.
