Ingredients:
- Lentils - 1/3 Cup
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Carrots - 3 Pieces
- Celery stalk - 2 Pieces
- Mushrooms - 230 Grams
- Dried Thyme - 1 Teaspoon
- Paprika - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Salt, pepper - To taste
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp the spoon
- Flour - 1 Art. the spoon
- Vegetable broth - 1 Glass
- Frozen Peas - 1 Glass
- Mashed potatoes - To taste

How to Make Vegetarian Shepherd's Pie
1. Rinse the lentils and boil them in boiling water for 20 minutes. Throw the lentils on a sieve, you get about 1 cup finished. 2. Cut the onion into small cubes and sauté it in vegetable oil, add the garlic to it, and after a minute, add the diced carrots and celery pieces. Saute everything until celery is soft. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces, add salt, paprika, dried thyme, ground pepper to them. When mushrooms are soft, add flour, tomato paste to vegetables and stir. 3. Pour the broth to the prepared vegetables, bring it to a boil, stirring all the vegetables thoroughly. 4. At the very end, add frozen peas, lentils. Warm up for a couple of minutes. 5. Place vegetables in a baking dish or leave in a skillet, place a layer of boiled puree on top (about 4 cups) and flatten. 6.Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes to get a beautiful crust.
