How to make a Country Style Snack Pie "
1. Prepare the cheese shortbread dough: Place the sifted flour, egg yolks, grated cheese, thyme, diced butter, salt in a bowl and stir. 2. Place the dough on a cutting board or floured table and knead the dough until soft and elastic. 3. Form a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 4. Then roll out the dough with a rolling pin. 5. Place the dough in a baking dish, remove excess from the edges. 6. Place smoked cheese on top of the dough and then, alternating between tomato and mozzarella slices. Sprinkle the filling with salt, dried oregano and bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
