1. Place the chicken in a saucepan. Cover with cold water and cook. When the meat boils, remove the foam and cook for 10-15 minutes. While the meat is cooking, let's move on to the next step. 2. Cut sausages into equal, neat, small cubes. For the preparation of the hodgepodge, I use two types of boiled-smoked sausage. 3. Cut boiled sausages (like a doctor's) into the same cubes. 4. Fry chopped onions in vegetable oil. My homemates do not like large pieces of onion in a hodgepodge. I got used to chopping onions not with a knife, but with a blender. This makes the onion fragments smaller and more uniform. When the onions are browned, add the sausages and sauté everything together. 5. Cut the pickled cucumbers into small cubes. 6. Add pickles to sausages and onions. Cook everything together for 3-5 minutes.
