How to make "French salad dressing"
I put a tablespoon of mustard in a saucepan or a small bowl (you can French or American, but not Russian). I pour in extra virgin olive oil, you can use a little more, depending on the portion of the salad. I add black pepper and salt, mix all the ingredients thoroughly. I pour in honey (I use May, but another one is possible). Better to melt it first. Mine a sprig of green basil and chop finely, add it to the dressing and mix thoroughly. I season the tomato-cucumber-based vegetable salad with the resulting sauce and serve it to the table.
