How to cook "Vegetarian pilaf"

Rinse and soak in water while vegetables are roasting. Drain well before placing in the pan. 5. Put rice and spices for pilaf, salt in a frying pan, fry rice in fat for a couple of minutes. 6. Fill with water 2 cm more than the rice level. Cover, bring to a boil and simmer until the liquid is completely evaporated. You do not need to stir the rice.
