How to cook "Vegetarian pilaf"
1. Prepare food for pilaf. Choose a variety of rice to your taste, but not porridge, take steamed, basmati or unpolished natural, so that the pilaf is crumbly. 2. Peel the vegetables, cut the onion into small cubes or half rings, cut the carrots into cubes. 3. Send vegetables to fry in vegetable oil until half cooked. 4. Sort the rice, if necessary. Rinse and soak in water while vegetables are roasting. Drain well before placing in the pan. 5. Put rice and spices for pilaf, salt in a frying pan, fry rice in fat for a couple of minutes. 6. Fill with water 2 cm more than the rice level. Cover, bring to a boil and simmer until the liquid is completely evaporated. You do not need to stir the rice.
