- Rice - 1 Glass
- Sugar - 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Milk - 2 Glasses
- Butter - 3 tbsp. spoons
- Dried cranberries - 1/4 Cup
- Nutmeg (ground) - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Eggs - 4 Pieces
- Salt - 1 Pinch

How to make Rice Pudding
Rinse the rice in several waters until the water becomes clear. Pour in milk, salt and boil until tender. Whisk sugar and nutmeg with butter. Add 4 eggs, one at a time, while whisking. Stir in rice porridge and washed cranberries (or raisins). Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease the serving tins with oil and place the dough in them. Bake for about 30 minutes. Serve with honey or fresh berries. Enjoy your meal!
