- Flour - 2 Glasses
- Sugar - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Salt - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Baking powder - 2 Teaspoons
- Garlic Powder - 1 Pinch
- Ground pepper - 1 pinch
- Butter - 5 Tbsp. spoons
- Cheese - 100 Grams
- Onions - 4 Pieces
- Milk - 1/4 Cup
- Eggs - 2 Pieces
How to make Cheese and Green Onion Corners
1. Sift 2 cups flour into a bowl, add sugar, salt, baking powder, garlic powder and ground pepper. 2. Add 5 tablespoons of cold butter, cut into chunks, to the flour mixture. 3. Rub the butter and flour by hand or with a fork. 4. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and finely chop the onion, put in a bowl with fine flour crumbs. 5. In a separate container, combine eggs and milk. 6. Pour the prepared mixture over flour and butter, knead the dough.
