- Beef - 480 Grams
- Flour - 4 Art. spoons
- Onion - 2 Pieces
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Red Wine - 1/3 Glass
- Carrots - 2 Pieces
- Bay leaf - 4 pieces
- Allspice peas - 10 Pieces
- Black peppercorns - 10 Pieces
- Water - To taste
- Salt - To taste

How to make Kalops (stew)
1. Wash the beef and cut into small cubes. Peel the onion and chop it into medium-sized chunks, chop the garlic. Sprinkle the meat with 1 tablespoon flour. 2. Preheat a cauldron or heavy-walled saucepan, place 2 tablespoons of butter in it, then add the meat. Fry it until golden brown, then transfer to a plate. 3. Return the cauldron or pot to the heat, add 2 tablespoons of butter and melt, then put the onion. Fry it for a few minutes, add garlic. 4. Add 3 tablespoons of flour to the onion, fry for 1 minute. 5. Pour in the wine, put back the meat, carrots cut into pieces, bay leaves, allspice and black pepper, salt. Pour in water so that it barely covers the entire contents. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat, covered, for 1 hour. 6. Before serving, remove the pepper and bay leaves,enjoy your meal!
