- Minced beef - 300 Grams
- Onions - 1-2 Pieces
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Paprika - 1 Teaspoon
- Cognac - 2 Art. spoons
- Broth - 200 Milliliters
- Cream - 200 Milliliters
- Yogurt - 300 Grams
- Hard cheese - 100 grams
- Butter - 40 grams
- Salt - To taste
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
How to cook "Potato gratin with meat"
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Peel and rinse the vegetables. If you make minced meat yourself, then pass the meat through a meat grinder, but today I use ready-made minced meat. Cut the onion into thin half rings and fry in a frying pan in a little vegetable oil until transparent. Fry the minced meat in another skillet, stirring frequently to make it crumbly. Add 2 garlic cloves previously crushed with a knife. Also add paprika, salt to taste and pour in cognac. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Cut the potatoes into very thin slices (using a vegetable peeler). Place all potato slices in a deep bowl and cover with cold water to remove excess starch. Then drain the water. Grease a baking dish with butter, put a third of all potato slices on the bottom of the dish in an even layer,add a little salt. Spread half the fried onion on top. Lay out half of the minced meat, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs on top.
