- Cinnamon - 2/3 Teaspoons
- Vanilla Sugar - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Lemon juice - 1-2 teaspoons
- Raisins - 1 Art. spoon (optional)
How to cook "Apples under Streusel"
1. Let's start with the preparation of the streusel. Sift the flour into a bowl, add the vanilla sugar, 2 tablespoons of regular sugar and diced cold butter. 2. Rub everything into crumbs with our hands and send it to the refrigerator while we deal with apples. 3. Peel and core the apples and cut them into small cubes. Add raisins if desired. Sprinkle the apples with lemon juice and stir. 4. Add a tablespoon of sugar, cinnamon to the apples and mix. 5. Distribute apples into baking tins. 6.
